Beginnings
Billijon Morgan (better known as 'BJ' to his friends and clients) has been a fitness enthusiast for over 23 years, since the age of
12 when he got his first weight set and started 'pumping iron' in his parent's
basement.
In 2008, after working in high stress, white-collar jobs most of his life, he finally manifested his lifelong dream to pursue a career in health and wellness.
Real World Experience
His passion and self-direction has served him well in gaining invaluable, hands-on, real world experience not only in the gym, but also keeping up on the latest in health and fitness science.
BJ has turned life's challenges into humbling learning experiences allowing him to relate well to others that may be going through their own wellness issues. He has a deep respect and keeps an open mind toward the kaleidoscope that makes up the human condition.
His warm, disarming personality and patience is ideally suited for working with the public and coaching one-on-one or in small groups.
Service Philosophy
Each client is evaluated on an individual basis when prescribing fitness programs and offering lifestyle guidance. Only healthy and sustainable methods are used to achieve lasting results.
In addition to being motivator during personal training sessions and ensuring the technical aspect of exercise is adhered to, he also educates his clients on the fundamentals of good program design, basic physiology, proper nutrition principals and healthy lifestyle choices in order that they become autonomous and self-empowered.
Vision
BJ's fulfillment comes from seeing the life-transforming changes his clients experience as a result of his dedication and genuine interest in well-being. Whether it be in his professional or personal interactions, being of meaningful service to others is his primary motivation.
