What's the biggest thing missing from most group fitness classes? REAL strength training. Most classes end up being some version of cardio with weights. You might be using dumbbells and barbells, but instead of following proper strength training protocols, the focus is often on working up a sweat, feeling a burn, and getting your heart rate up--all of which are great if your goal is a cardio workout--but this simply is not real strength training.
Strength training classes at Bodyconnect are semi-private (maximum 8 people per class) with professional guidance from a strength and conditioning coach.
